    BLOCKSPACES ( is looking for a “hands on” Sr. Marketing & Demand Generation Manager for an exciting opportunity within our rapidly growing company. Reporting to the CEO, you will play a critical role on a cross-functional team that is responsible for the full life cycle development of our core cloud-native B2B enterprise blockchain integration platform, including the conception and development of brand and product offerings, strategic cloud and SaaS business development, demand & lead generation, and go-to-market strategies that target and attract potential customers.     ● Knowledge of cryptography, cryptocurrency and/or specific public (permissionless) and private (permissioned) blockchain and distributed ledger protocols, such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Chainlink, Cardano, Hyperledger, r3 Corda, is preferred
    ● If you do not have hands-on experience with, or knowledge of, blockchain technology, you MUST be passionately interested in and committed to learning the complex world of distributed/decentralized systems, blockchain protocols and cloud native environments.

    Role & Responsibilities

    GOAL: To improve overall brand messaging on all platforms and develop/implement strategies that will increase lead generation and revenue. Additionally, to move from outsourced/vendor contributions to in-house when applicable. When not advisable to manage the vendor process, supplement their contributions to ensure the highest lead generation ROI.

    ● Assist and facilitate go-to-market strategy sessions with leadership to define their top goals and creatively convert those objectives into “ground up’ marketing programs that engage the right prospects and open conversion opportunities for new and existing business to meet revenue goals.
    ● Recommend, develop and actively implement Account Based Marketing (ABM) lead generation strategies that qualify new contacts for both existing business and new product lines through best in class communication tools that clearly communicate product descriptions and accurately record qualifying questions
    ● Assist leadership team in creating and executing cross-channel go-to-market marketing plans, sales and promotions designed to raise brand awareness and engagement, including customer and channel partner lead generation and qualification.
    ● Assist in the conceptualizing, development and implementation of product marketing strategies to align product features and roadmap to meet customer & sales channel requirements
    ● Work with a highly competent software development team throughout the design, development and implementation of iPaaS product to assist in the development of site maps and revised content that maximize UX and SEO by aligning with go to market strategy and inbound customer experience. Analyze and execute extensive taxonomy and SEO rework including index improvements, keyword research and optimization, technical optimization, and content development strategy and implementation and UX best practices.
    ● Manage both in house and outsourced content development, graphic designers and SEO specialists to ensure that messaging and content calendar is on-brand and aligned with customer-first goals and inbound/outbound marketing initiatives and lead generation.
    ● Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) and provide data-based, insightful reports to leadership to help shape future marketing strategies, optimize ROI, and execute improvement strategies


    ● BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field certification and/or comparable experience (5-8+ years) in B2B enterprise software and/or multi-cloud cloud sales and services oriented companies, or a related technical field
    ● Demonstrable experience in the development, implementation, and successful execution of plans to generate new business in targeted market segments and prospects, with marketing automation experience preferred.
    ● Experience in B2B lead generation for enterprise software
    ● Experience exceeding goals for B2B qualified leads/appointments per week
    ● HubSpot experience and/or certification
    ● Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
    ● Exceptional business development, customer experience, channel partner and strategic relationship building experience with client/customer facing roles.
    ● Ability to prepare and deliver complex presentations to large or critical technical and business audiences.
    ● Preferred experience Adobe: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects, creating landing pages
    ● Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
    ● Analytical mindset and critical thinking
    ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
