    Location: 100% Remote, but must be US based and preference given to Florida residents.

    Senior Project Manager for an exciting opportunity within our rapidly growing company. As a Sr. Project Manager, you will be instrumental in the product development lifecycle of our core platform as well as instrumental in the onboarding of new customers onto our platform. This role combines practical application of Agile and PMI principles as well as industry specific information to help guide the product development roadmap from concept to fruition. It’s important that you enjoy creating solutions to operational problems. You will have a holistic knowledge of our systems and services and can re-engineer processes when they need it and then clearly communicate the necessary change. You understand how various development teams operate and can assist in managing their work products to deliver new services on time and on budget. You have the grace to stay calm when challenges present themselves and the courage to ask for help from the right people as needed to address the issues at hand. You enjoy collaborating with people from other teams and disciplines to make plans a reality.


    • Excellent written and oral communication skills are required since the Sr. Product Manager has to communicate with team members, other departments, upper management and consumers of the company’s products.
    • Expertise in the product or market including specific technical or industry knowledge.
    • Superior project management and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure.
    • Natural tendency to be curious, positive and creative.
    • Team player who collaborates well with others.
    • Sincere empathy for the customer and a commitment to delving deep into the challenges they present or experience.

    Principle Responsibilities

    • Contributes to and support the corporate adoption of Agile project management
    • Provides expert level project support towards the successful delivery of the company’s product portfolio.
    • Contribute towards continual service improvement activities related to the delivery of product development and customer onboarding efforts.
    • Develop and implement internal systems, processes, and best practices to be used by other teams designed to increase productivity
    • Participate in architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment, security, cost effectiveness and high availability.


    • Experience: 5+ years of working in roles including Project Management, Product Management, Scrum Master.
    • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Development, and/or Information Systems or equivalent experience.
    • Knowledge of software development life cycle: Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, Training, and Operational Support.
    • High level interpersonal skills in order to collaboratively work with both technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization.
    • Ability to understand business needs and how business systems can support those needs.
    • Comprehensive understanding of ITIL practices.
    • Good planning and organizational skills.
    • Must be willing and able to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
